Estate Liquidation by means of Grasons Estate Sale LIVE Services
3/16/2020 UPDATE: When our clients are unable to have a traditional estate sale with in the home with buyers coming to view and purchase we perform your estate sale LIVE on line. Buyers from around the world & Grasons 10’s of 1000’s of our already loyal nationwide customers can log in to our LIVE platform, view all the items LIVE, ask questions, purchase items, buyers can set up an appointment for pick up or delivery of items purchased, communicate LIVE with us during the sale as we perform the sale complete with professional Grasons presenter. Your home will be staged just the same as a traditional in-home estate sale and will be presented LIVE as if your buyers are in the home with us! Reasons to have a Grasons Estate Sale LIVE can be as simple as escrow is closing on the home and needs to be empty prior to close (essential) someone still residing in the home and can not leave during the sale, HOA restrictions, Senior facilities restrictions and other natural elements that will not allow individuals to come together in large groups at one time. This platform was developed during the time of Covid 19 and will be a remaining platform we use to provide our services when a traditional in home estate sale with our 1000’s of buyers can not come to your home.
On line Auction sales. Pick up and delivery will not be done hand to hand, social distancing will be performed. All items to be wiped down with anti bacterial product at least 2 hours before pick up.

Our priority and focus are to meet our client’s and estate sale shopper’s needs while maintaining existing and implementing new safety measures which protect our associates, employees, and communities.
