Carmela Ryan is a native Californian, born on a Naval Base on Coronado Island. She has lived in Southern California for most of her life and just loves it. She knows the neighborhoods and can help you select the best one for you.

Carmela currently lives in Fountain Valley in a home she purchased in 1997. She has been a dedicated mother to two sons and an active community volunteer for the past 17 years.

She has a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Marketing and an emphasis in Consumer Behavior. She has taken additional Real Estate Classes in Finance, Accounting, Real Estate Law, Principles and Real Estate Practice in addition to Marketing, Management and Economics courses. She graduated May 1992 from California State University Long Beach.
