Many Agents are resistant to change, or doing something different, in order to successfully help their Clients sell or buy a property.  Jim is not one of those Agents.  Jim is originally from the Upstate New York area and has enjoyed a career in sales, marketing, and business development, helping both start-ups and established companies become successful in Boston, MA and Naples, FL.
