Experience, professionalism, and passion are the hallmarks of Roni Raczkowski’s career, and her commitment to excellence has earned her the respect of clients and colleagues year over year, which has contributed to her success in selling over a quarter billion dollars in residential real estate sales.
Roni began her real estate career with Century 21 in 1989, and joined Teles Properties of Newport Beach in April of 2012 with the intent of providing her clients an even higher level of exceptional service. She graduated from Salem State University (Massachusetts) with a BS in Psychology, which has helped her understand the underlying factors involved in buying and selling real estate.
“I see myself as a resource for my clients. I listen carefully to their wants and needs, determine the motives behind their decision to buy or sell, and together we work to achieve their goal,” shares Roni. “My experience and education provide the foundation for the strong relationships I have forged with my clients, which in turn has earned me their loyalty and trust.”
Because her business is primarily driven by referrals, Roni has the advantage of working with a client base that ranges from first-time buyers to seasoned investors and luxury home builders and sellers. The diversity in her work ensures that she is kept up-to-date on market conditions, and because she understands the intricacies of the industry she is better able to identify the proper course of action necessary in obtaining her clients’ goals. A Southern California resident since 1983, Roni currently resides in Huntington Beach with her husband Freddy Babayan, also a real estate broker. They are both actively involved with several youth groups and animal welfare charitable organizations.
