I started working with Senior Care Advising in 2020 throughout the Denver, Colorado metro area. I have worked with Older Adults in every aspect of my career, in managing their healthcare and well-being. I have treated, listened to and advised patients over the past 30+ years in the medical field and have a big heart for helping people.
My personal philosophy is that every person deserves to be treated with dignity and respect, treated the way I want my own family treated. I would be honored to have the opportunity to serve the Older Adult community with their transitions needs.

I was born and raised in Littleton, Colorado and spent 12 years living in the lovely Highlands Ranch community. Currently residing in Parker, I am captivated by the area’s growth and diversity. I bring years of experience in the customer service industry. I decided to change careers into real estate in which I have been able to use my knowledge and relationship building skills to assist all of my clients. My previous occupation was in the salon industry, where I cherished spending time with my clients and getting to know them on a personal level beyond just being a client. Andrew, or Andy to his clients and friends, brings more than a decade of nonprofit and philanthropic experience to the greater Denver real estate market. His previous careers in state government constituent relations and nonprofit education sharpened his ability to be a fierce advocate, educator, and coach for his clients throughout the entire home-buying or selling process. The Colorado real estate market is dynamic, requiring an adaptable Realtor who can navigate buying and selling homes in diverse neighborhoods from Arvada to Wash Park, the Arts District to the Tech Center, and everywhere in between. Andy believes the best relationship between Realtor and client is achieved through responsible management of the customer’s timeline and clear communication. Andy moved to Colorado from New Jersey with his wife in 2014, making their home in Centennial. I’m Rachel Simring, though I am affectionately known by thousands of families around Denver as “Señorita S.” Prior to doing real estate, I owned and operated a business teaching Spanish to elementary school students throughout the city. My husband and I also have two children who attend Denver Public Schools. My familiarity with the area enables me to help families find homes in amazing neighborhoods that align with their needs.
I have lived in Denver since 1999 and have been part of the music scene for over twenty years. As a singer-songwriter and guitar player, I have performed at many venues and festivals, giving me insight into the people and culture of our community.
In March of 2022, I was asked to join the prestigious Team 5280 City Living.
