Real estate transactions are one of the most stressful events in a homeowner’s life; the last thing they need is additional stress from a Broker who is not there to support, protect, and advocate for them throughout the process. As managing Broker of RE/MAX Prestige, I work with my clients by referral only to ensure I can deliver the level of service every transaction requires and deserves. My background in real estate started in appraising for over 9 years, then loans for a few years, and finally to brokerage where my heart was always set. The many years’ experience in those supporting fields has given me a well-rounded view of the industry so I can support both my clients and Agents. My portfolio of transaction experience is vast ranging from complex probate sales with 10 disputing parties to a short sale with 4 lien holders, all handled successfully. And yes, occasionally I get to assist in standard transactions with homeowners who are buying and selling their dream homes! Every client’s needs are different and specific to their situation, so I always start with a 1-on-1 consultation to make a successful plan.
