This month, Grasons Co of Collin County launched its independently owned and operated location in the great state of Texas. This location will be providing professional Texas estate sale and liquidation services to the local community of Collin County.
About The Texas Estate Sale Company
Empowered with hands-on training, proprietary proven methods, and a passion for the industry, the owner James Burke was up and running with estate sale contracts in hand two weeks after the launch.
An electrical engineer by trade, James is a family man that also calls Collin county home. The estate sale industry allows him to serve others, a trait instilled in him from childhood. He is extremely methodical, compassionate, and takes great pride in owning his own estate sale company.
Texas is a central hub for hundreds of estate sales held on a weekly basis. Grasons Co is honored to play its part in the local area of Collin County and forecasts many more locations throughout Texas in the near future. Said Simone Kelly, CEO of Grasons Co Estate Sale Services
We asked James Burke (Jim) to tell us about his exciting new venture and what he thought of the on-site training he received for an entire week at the California headquarters before the launch of his Texas estate sale company.
“Training was very in informative, I didn’t realize how much goes into holding a professional estate sale, and it really opened my eyes. I was very excited after the training, I was ready to come back to Texas and get going. I started as soon as I got back, and it didn’t take long, I have my first estate sale contract, and a few more scheduled in the near future.”
What would you say to someone else thinking about starting an estate sale company?
“Like I said, there’s much more that goes into it. It’s not just about selling people’s things. A true professional must understand and see the big picture. The training I received during the week out in California really emphasizes professionalism, ethics, lead generation, and so much more. The training is client focused and a true road map for longevity and success. I look forward to making Grasons Co a recognized household name in Texas as it already is in California and other parts of the country.”
A recent radio interview in Texas with Grasons Co CEO, Simone Kelly sheds light on the entire process of owning and sustaining an estate sale business. Listen to the entire interview here.
