Biography
Jack grew up in suburban Philadelphia. He graduated from Villanova University with a BS in Economics, majoring in Accounting and Real Estate.
On 11/11/68, Jack began his Real Estate career. While working as the Audit Manager for American Mutual Insurance company in suburban Philadelphia, he became a Realtor and started selling in the local areas where he grew up. Eventually, working as a full time Realtor, Jack pioneered in being one of the first to open a Century 21 office in Pennsylvania. That was in 1975. In 1979 he sold the business, which is still active today, and moved to California. He worked with a local Century 21 office and became an independent Broker in 1980 and began a side career as a Certified Appraiser. Wallace Home Sales opened in 1988 in Lake Forest. Jack sold the business in 1999 and it is still active today specializing in manufactured homes in Mobile Home parks.
Currently, Jack continues listing and selling homes in all of Orange County and beyond while specializing in Laguna Woods Village. He remains active in the Mission Viejo Rotary which he joined in 1979 after having been a member of his local Pennsylvania Rotary. He was the Membership Chairman almost every year from 1980 to 2013 in addition to serving as Treasurer for 3 years and Secretary for 3 years. He is currently the Youth Services Director.
